We match their Accounts Receivable, assets, and future cash flow, put it into an insurance or annuity based product that gains compound interest, while the business just pays (tax deductible in most cases) simple interest.
It is a long term plan for 10, 15, or 20 years of compounding, creating
great wealth for the employers' retirement.
We get paid on the amount that is matched! That simple, that good.
But you must be willing to get insurance licensed, or already have one active.
We are all over the country, doesn't matter where you live, or where the business is at, (in this countyr for now, soon all over the world). If you want to do out of state businesses, you will need a non-resident license.
